VISIBILITY MCP

Let your agents work with your Visibility data.

Run SEO, GEO and AI search from the assistant you already use, with all 135 Visibility actions one message away. Connect once, then ask it questions or tell it what to do.

Free to start. No credit card required.

THREE STEPS

Up and running in three steps.

No API keys and no copy-paste. Connect once, then switch Visibility on in any chat.

  1. 1

    Create your Visibility account.

Sign up and add at least one site. That is all you need before you connect.

    Sign up for free
  2. 2

    Connect it to your assistant.

Add Visibility as a custom connector in your AI assistant, using one address. It takes about two minutes.

    Connector addresshttps://visibility.pixis.ai/mcp
    Read the setup guide
  3. 3

    Ask. Then act.

Ask about your data in plain English. Then tell your assistant to put the answer to work in Visibility.

BUILD YOUR OWN

So simple to start. Endless things to build.

Say what you want done, in plain English. Mix any of the 135 actions, in any order, and your assistant plans the steps for you.

1You say it, once

“Find keyword gaps, write a brief and a draft for the biggest one, and save it to WordPress.”

2Your assistant shows the plan

Example plan · 4 steps

  1. Find keyword gapsLooks up
  2. Write a content briefMakes a changeUses credits
  3. Write a draftMakes a changeUses credits
  4. Save the draft to WordPressMakes a change

Shall I go ahead? Yes.

And it doesn’t end there.

Ask for the next thing, in the same chat.

  • Run a GEO audit on my top competitors
  • Compare my last two technical audits
  • Check how a published page did in Google
  • Export an audit as a report
  • Schedule an audit to repeat
  • Track a new competitor
  • List the sources AI cites about my brand
  • Check my credit balance

These are examples. Audits, briefs and drafts use credits, and the cost is shown before anything starts. Anything that changes something waits for your yes.

WHAT YOU GET

See it. Fix it. Publish it.

Your assistant doesn’t just report. It finds the gap, writes the brief and draft, saves it, and asks before anything goes live.

02Opportunities

Spot your next opportunity.

See the keywords competitors rank for that you don’t, and the pages that are close to page one. Each one is scored, so you know what to chase first.

  • “Which of my pages are close to page one?”

03Technical SEO

Fix what holds you back.

Run a technical audit, see your issues ranked by impact, and know what to fix first.

  • “Check this page’s structured data and speed.”

04Content

Go from gap to published draft.

Turn a gap into a brief, then a draft written with your brand memory. Once WordPress is connected, it saves the draft there for you to review.

  • “Save it to WordPress as a draft.”

Also ask your assistant to

  • Schedule a GEO audit to run again
  • Export an audit as a report
  • Check how a published page did in Google Search
  • Compare two technical audits
  • Write in your brand’s voice from Brand Memory

WHAT IT CAN DO

135 actions. One chat.

Everything in Visibility is something your assistant can do for you: audit, find gaps, write, save and check how it went. You never leave the chat you are already in, and any MCP-compatible agent you run can call the same actions.

  • No tab-switching
  • No code
  • Changes wait for your yes

16 areas, in 5 connectors so access can be scoped.

What stays with you

  • PaymentsPlans and checkout open a link on the website. Nothing is ever charged in chat.
  • Connecting your toolsGoogle Search Console, WordPress and Slack connect through a link you open in your browser.
  • Your live siteWordPress gets a draft by default. Publishing live needs your explicit confirmation. Technical suggestions are marked applied or dismissed in Visibility only.
  • Page-level auditsPage optimization audits need the full connection, not a single connector.

WHY VISIBILITY

Built for agents. Kept under your control.

Your assistant does the work. You decide what it can touch.

  • It asks before it acts.

Overviews, rankings and lists come straight back. Anything that changes or deletes something shows you what it is about to do, and waits for your yes. By default, publishing to WordPress saves a draft for you to review.

  • Credits, up front.

Audits, clustering, briefs and drafts use credits. Your assistant tells you the cost before it starts, and stops if your balance is short.

  • Only what you give it.

Visibility is split into five connectors, SEO, GEO, TechSEO, Content and Account, so access can be scoped by area. It is limited to the sites and workspaces you see when you sign in.

  • You hold the keys.

You enter your password on the Visibility sign-in page, never in your assistant. Remove Visibility from your connectors and access is revoked immediately.

Setup guide

Connect your AI assistant, step by step.

Add Visibility as a custom connector once, not once per chat. No API keys, no copy-paste. The steps below use Claude as a worked example. Other assistants use the same address.

Connector address
https://visibility.pixis.ai/mcp

Before you start

  • An AI assistant that supports custom MCP connectors
  • In Claude: a paid plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), on the web or the desktop app

In Claude, custom connectors are not available on the free plan, and the phone app cannot add them. On Team or Enterprise, an administrator may need to allow them first.

Using ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP-compatible client? Add the same address in its connector or MCP server settings. Setup screens differ by client. Open the PDF guide.

  1. 1

    Log in to Visibility.

Open Visibility and sign in with your normal login. You need at least one site added. No account yet? Sign up for free first.

  2. 2

    Open your assistant’s connector settings.

In Claude, open the + menu beside the message box in any chat and choose Connectors.

  3. 3

Choose to add a custom connector.

In Claude, hover Add connector, then click Add custom connector. Visibility isn’t in Anthropic’s public directory, so it goes in this way. That’s why the address matters.

  4. 4

Name it, paste the address, click Continue.

Any name you will recognise works. The address must start with https:// and end with /mcp, with no trailing slash and no www. Leave Advanced settings empty.

  5. 5

    Change nothing. Click Add.

Your assistant reads the right settings from the server. In Claude, both “Detected” labels should appear. Don’t switch to “None” or to your own OAuth client, or sign-in will fail.

  6. 6

Approve access in the sign-in window.

A window opens. Continue with the same email or Google account you used in step 1, then approve access. When the window closes, you’re connected. Last thing: in + then Connectors, switch Visibility on for the chat.

The basics

What is Visibility MCP?

It is Pixis Visibility exposed as an MCP server. A compatible assistant or agent can read your SEO and AI-visibility data and run Visibility actions for you, alongside the app.

Which assistants can I use?

Visibility works with MCP-compatible clients such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. The setup guide on this page shows Claude. In another client, add the same connector address in its MCP or connector settings. What a client supports depends on the client and your plan with it.

Will it improve my AI citations?

Not by itself. MCP does not change what AI models say or guarantee a mention. It shortens the distance between finding a gap and acting on it.

Does every request use credits?

No. Overviews, rankings and lists are free. Some jobs, such as audits, clustering, briefs and drafts, use credits, and your assistant shows the cost before it starts.

Can an assistant get something wrong?

Any AI assistant can misread a request. Ask in one plain sentence, name the site you mean, and check results against your data in Visibility.

If something looks wrong

No “Add custom connector” option

In Claude you need a paid plan, and on Team or Enterprise an administrator may need to allow custom connectors. The mobile app doesn’t show it. Use the web or desktop app.

An error on Continue

The address is wrong or unreachable. Go back to step 4 of the guide and check it character by character.

Asked to sign in again

The session expired. Open Manage connectors and reconnect. Your data and settings are untouched.

“No sites found”

You signed in with a different email than you use in the app, or the account has no site yet. Add one in Visibility, then ask again.

My assistant says it has no Visibility tools

In Claude, check the per-chat switch in + then Connectors, then start a fresh chat. Connectors attach when a conversation begins.
